Ali Williams dishes about Justin’s kissing skills during her work on his ‘Mistletoe’ video — and admits that Selena was on the set watching it all go down!

Justin Bieber loves Selena Gomez, but sometimes he has to kiss other girls for work. Luckily, his last smooching partner was super-hot model Ali Williams, who said Justin’s a great kisser!

Justin, 17, was a perfect gentleman during the “Mistletoe” video shoot, Ali, 18, tells Bop.

“It wasn’t awkward at all,” she said. “He was so nice and relaxed. Justin was very respectful, so it was comfortable.”

Ali also said that Selena, 19, was not only present during the kiss, but was super nice about it!

“It was totally professional, and I love Selena,” she said.

He’s already teased that Drake and Kanye West may make appearances on his next album, and on Thursday, Justin Bieber confirmed that another music industry heavyweight, will.i.am, will be assisting him on Believe.

Letting his fans know on Twitter that he’s “gonna make that,” the Black Eyed Peas frontman hyped up the collaboration further when he added, “let’s make a hit tomorrow!! #collab. ‘I gotta feeling this song is ganne be bigger than huge’ #willpower.”

The news comes as Bieber is deep in the studio working on his highly anticipated 2012 release. The team-up should make for an interesting track for the teen star. With Bieber hoping to recapture some of that Justin Timberlake/Timbaland magic from Timberlake’s Future Sex/Love Sounds, will.i.am could bring some of that frenetic pop energy to Bieber’s own work.

Last year, will made headlines when he worked with Britney Spears on her Femme Fatale song “Big Fat Bass.”

Earlier this week, Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, teased that what he’s heard of Believe has been “ridiculous.” Bieber will turn 18 in March, and his team is hoping to bridge the gap between the boy we met on “Baby” and the man he’s growing up to be.

“The only conversation we’ve had about Justin’s album that we’re about to do is it’s really important that it’s the proper transition, because we’ve seen him [with] ‘Baby,’ now we’re watching him grow up,” Bieber’s longtime vocal producer, Kuk Harrell, told MTV News in November. “And we can’t just throw him into the adult game right away. It has to be the proper transition. There’s a record in between.”

Justin Bieber fans have apparently been attacking Ricky Gervais, because the comedian recently tweeted about needing protection from them.

The comedian knew that going after one of the most popular pop stars in the world at the Golden Globes would get him plenty of press, so he decided to bring up the whole Mariah Yeater baby scandal. However, he said something about the paternity suit that many Beliebers should agree with—there’s no way that Justin could be the father of Mariah’s baby boy.

But, of course, the funnyman didn’t stop there; he went on to say that the only way the Biebs could impregnate a girl would be with Martha Stewart’s old turkey baster. It’s probably this comment that set off the Beliebers.

They’ve made death threats against Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez in the past, so it wasn’t all that surprising when Ricky Gervais posted this message on Twitter: “Getting out of town now. Bieber fans aren’t happy with me. That’s some scary sh**. Ha ha. Bye LA. hello NY!” So perhaps Justin Bieber fans were also making threats on his life—or maybe Ricky was just joking.

A short time later, he posted this message: “OK. I’ve got enough protection against Bieber fans now….” The tweet was accompanied by a photo of Ricky holding an adorable Pomeranian with hair that would make the Biebs envious.

So basically he was trying to imply that a purse-sized pooch is all the guard dog he needs to protect himself against Beliebers. And he might have a point—most of Justin Bieber’s fans are girls, a cute puppy might distract them just long enough for Ricky Gervais to get a clean getaway. But since Ricky is an animal lover, surely he wouldn’t subject his furry friend to such a fate.

And of course he wasn’t using really hoping to use the Pomeranian for protection. Instead the pup was clearly meant to be yet another insult to Beliebers. So since he just had to make one more joke at their expense, he better be ready for further retaliation.
